Family/Couples therapy focuses on strengthening relationships within a family unit. We address communication issues, conflicts, and various challenges by considering the family as a system. Through techniques like open-ended questioning and role-playing, families can improve communication, resolve conflicts more effectively, and build stronger bonds.

I'm trained in Gottman's Method and would use Emotional-Focused Therapy to address communication and conflict cycles with my clients.
