Service Description

Please indicate in your booking message if you would like a phone consultation. If nothing is indicated, the consultation will be assumed to be virtual.

Cancellation Policy

Any sessions cancelled within 24 hours without prior notification to Spark Hope Counselling will be considered a no-show, and payment will be collected from the client. If the client is 15 minutes late for their session, Spark Hope Counselling reserves the right to consider this absence a no-show and collect payment from the client. Payment is due right after the session has ended. If the client selects to pay later or pay "in-person," the client will be sent a payment link or invoice detailing how much is due immediately post-session and is expected to pay within 24 hours of receiving this notification.
